Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?
Most of the time, this is because our customers accidentally entered an incorrect email address. We send multiple emails throughout the order process, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and dispatch notifications.
If you think you may have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us and we'll fix it immediately, as long as the order hasn't been processed.
Can I cancel my order or add items?
Your items can be canceled before they ship, but not after they ship.
Since we don't store any payment information, we can't add items to your order. If this happens, please submit another order to add the additional items.

Why does my tracking status say delivered, but I haven't received my package yet?
Typically, your local post office will be able to locate your package using its advanced GPS system, and the issue should be resolved within the next few days. In this case, you'll need to contact your local post office to ensure the package wasn't left unattended or in your parcel locker.
How long does it take for you to respond to requests?
To optimize the customer experience, we strive to respond quickly, within 24 hours.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us at service@superspower.com. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged item may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
