We offer a 30-day return policy; products purchased directly from www.superspower.com that are in brand-new, unused condition are eligible for a refund (subject to the guidelines and exceptions listed below).
1. If you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it, please contact customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation before the order ships. Please note that once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation; orders are typically processed quickly and sent to the warehouse, meaning the item may have already shipped even if you have not yet received a tracking number.
If your order has already shipped, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item meets all the following conditions:
The item is in brand-new, unassembled, and unused condition, and retains its original packaging (including all parts, accessories, and related materials).
Before returning the item, please provide photos or videos of the outer packaging and obtain return authorization.
Return Address: We operate multiple warehouses worldwide; please contact us before returning the item, and we will provide the specific warehouse address based on your shipment details.
Reshipment/Replacement Fee Policy
If a customer needs to exchange an item due to ordering the wrong color, model, or other errors caused by the customer, we will charge a fee equivalent to 30% of the item's value to cover shipping and service costs.
Example:
If the order amount is $290, the reshipment fee is $290 × 0.3 = $87.
You simply pay $87 to receive the replacement item, and you do not need to return the originally ordered item.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
● For eligible returns, Superspower will provide the return address.
● If the return is due to a shipping error (i.e., we sent the wrong product), Superspower will cover the return shipping costs at no extra charge to you. Return Condition Requirements (Important): The returned item must be brand-new, unused, and in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and related materials. We are unable to process returns in the following situations:
● Missing parts, accessories, or related materials.
● Damage caused by improper packaging during the return shipment. We recommend taking photos of the item's condition and packaging before shipping it back to prevent issues arising from transit damage.
2.How long does it take for the refund to be credited after a return?
We will make every effort to complete the entire return and refund process within seven business days of the returned items arriving at the warehouse.
3. How do I request a return?
Please email service@superspower.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. We will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Note:
Do not return the item to the original shipping address shown on the shipping label.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information; this will significantly speed up the return processing time.

5. When am I responsible for return shipping costs?
1) Personal reasons: Returning the item because you do not like it or it is unsuitable
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a service with tracking capabilities, as we are not liable for items lost during the return process.
2) Quality issues: The returned item is incorrect or damaged
No, you do not need to pay for return shipping. Please email us your order number and photos of the issue. Upon receipt of your email, we will verify the situation and provide a solution.
6. How do I exchange an item?
Please email service@superspower.com with your order number. Please state the reason for the exchange and the item you wish to exchange it for. Our customer service team will verify the details and provide a solution upon receiving your email.
7. Do I have to pay shipping costs for an exchange?
1) If you wish to exchange an item for reasons other than quality issues, please email service@superspower.com with your order number. We will provide a return address, but you will be responsible for shipping costs and any price difference. 2) If the item you received has quality issues (e.g., incorrect item sent or damaged product), we will waive the exchange shipping costs. Simply email us your order number and the details of the issue. Including photos of the shipping box (showing tracking information) and the received item will help us process your request faster. We will verify the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
8. When will I receive my replacement?
We will process the replacement order once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is in good condition. Please be sure to contact us with the tracking information after shipping the package so that we can place the replacement order for you. All orders require one business day to process.
