Online Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link to check the status of your package; if you do not receive it, please be sure to check any other associated email addresses or your spam folder. You will typically receive a tracking number within 1–3 days (delays may occur during holidays).

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible; therefore, you may contact us at service@superspower.com to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Our customer service team will get in touch with you within 24 hours to process the refund through our system. You will receive the refund within 1–3 business days.

Successful cancellation is guaranteed only within 12 hours of placing the order. Depending on the order's processing status, we may be unable to make changes in time. If you miss this 12-hour window, please click here to contact us.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify, add, or remove items. To make any changes (such as recipient details, address, or phone number), you must cancel the original order and place a new one.

According to our refund policy:

Discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been submitted.
Items purchased at a discounted price are not eligible for price adjustments.
All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be extended.

If you attempted to place your order more than once, all attempts will show on your statement as pending charges. Any declined charges pr pending authorization attempts will be removed from your statement within 3-5 business days — funds will not be withdrawn for unsuccessful charges. Ultimately, you’ll see the one successful charge on your statement.

Please note that the timeline in which these charges drop off is entirely dependent on your bank's processing system.

If you are unable to apply a discount at checkout, it may be because the items in your cart do not meet the discount's eligibility criteria or are already part of another promotion. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We currently offer direct returns, exchanges, and replacement shipments. However, we recommend the replacement option, as it is faster and more convenient; it allows you to receive the product you want much sooner than the exchange or return processes.

Please note that shipping fees apply to replacement shipments, with the cost depending on the specific product. We charge only for shipping, not for the product itself. Please contact us if you need assistance.

We offer a hassle-free return service within 30 days of purchase. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, processing and issuing the refund may take 5 to 7 business days.

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure the packaging is intact and the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Items that are visibly soiled, stained, damaged, or show clear signs of use do not meet the criteria for this return policy. Our team will contact you to discuss the situation, but refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

Once the carrier marks an order as "Return to Sender," it is sent back to the local post office, requiring the recipient to contact the post office to pick it up.

WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN?

This can occur due to reasons such as an incomplete address or the inability to contact the recipient. If you encounter this issue, please contact us promptly so we can coordinate with the post office to resolve it. We can initiate a redelivery request; however, please note that redelivery is not supported in some areas, in which case self-pickup will be required.

We will make every effort to complete the entire return process within 7 business days of the returned items arriving at the warehouse.

We offer free standard shipping to customers worldwide. You only need to pay for the cost of the items at checkout.
