Product Description

  • The RT04 Intruder is a realistic two-door crawler off-road vehicle built on a 285mm wheelbase platform.
  • The chassis features a split transmission structure, four-wheel drive system, and a front-mounted motor design for a lower center of gravity.
  • It features a steering servo with a Panhard rod, true Ackermann steering geometry, 3mm CNC aluminum chassis rails, steel solid links, full ball bearings, and CNC steel spiral bevel gears.
  • The RT04 "Intruder" is inspired by the Toyota LC71 and includes interior details, a spare tire, a multi-mode linked LED lighting control system, a "Flysky" 6-channel 2.4G remote control specifically for crawler vehicles, and a 60A ESC.

Chassis Structure

  • 3mm CNC aluminum chassis rails;
  • Integrated front and rear straight axles, with caster angle on the front axle;
  • Front drive steering driveshaft uses #1144 steel CVA;
  • 46-degree steering angle and true Ackermann angle;
  • Servo mounted on the chassis rails, 25T metal servo arm;

Reduction System

  • Low center of gravity design with sliding reduction gear, all-metal gears, #45 steel reduction shaft;

Gears and Transmission System

  • Both front and rear axles use CNC steel spiral bevel gears for increased durability and improved ground clearance.
  • The inverted transmission system is equipped with high-quality sealed bearings to effectively reduce axial play.

Links

  • 6mm diameter solid metal 8-link structure.
  • The link ball joints are made of a new formula reinforced nylon material, which is more wear-resistant and deformation-resistant.

Suspension and Wheels

  • The suspension system uses CNC aluminum alloy torsion hydraulic shock absorbers for easier damping adjustment.
  • The wheels are made of butyl rubber material, equipped with 115mm diameter MT tires and 1.9-inch rims, providing better climbing grip and a more realistic appearance.

  • Reserved mounting position for winch servo
  • Two battery tray mounting positions are reserved, suitable for different battery sizes;
  • Hidden body shell clip design with added body shell fixing clips to prevent detachment and loss.

Electronic components

  • The RT04 Invader will be available to consumers in an RTR (Ready-to-Run) version, equipped with a 35T RC550 ultra-high torque motor, a 2-in-1 60A waterproof ESC, and a 6-channel 2.4G remote control.

Body shell

  • The RT04 Invader features a PC soft shell (Toyota LC71 appearance), realistic interior, environmentally friendly paint, transparent windows, hidden body pillars, and realistic plastic decorative accessories such as headlights, rearview mirrors, and door handles.
